Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerization of propylene. According to the methyl arrangement position, there are three kinds of isotactic polypropylene (isotactic polypropylene), random polypropylene (atactic polypropylene) and syndiotactic polypropylene (syndiotactic polypropylene). Plastic material pp features: non-toxic, tasteless, small density, strength, stiffness, hardness and heat resistance are better than low-pressure polyethylene, can be used at about 100 ℃. It has good dielectric properties and high frequency insulation and is not affected by humidity, but it is brittle at low temperature, not wear-resistant and easy to aging. Suitable for making general mechanical parts, corrosion resistant parts and insulating parts. Common organic solvents, such as acids, alkalis, and so on, have little effect on it and can be used in food utensils.
